Yes, this is a REAL recipe. I’ve modified it a bit , cut down on some ingredients, added a little to others. Enjoy 🙂

1 lb. of Kangaroo fillet

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

1 teaspoon of Kosher Salt

1/4 teaspoon of Thyme

1 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

4 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 teaspoon Sugar

 

 

Heat up the oil in a pan. While that’s goin, rub the salt, pepper, and thyme on the roo meat.

Mix the Worcestershire and sugar together, and pour about 1/2 of it on the meat. You’re gonna keep the rest.

Cook the meat on a high heat for about 2 minutes a side.

Normally, I’d stop there and eat it as-is. You may wanna keep cookin it though, so lower the heat, and keep it frying till it’s a little pink.

Put the rest of the Worcestershire/Sugar mix into the pan. Stir it nice and easy.

Pour that shit on the roo meat. You’re done. You’re about to eat a delicious marsupial. Bonza 😀
