A Recipe for Success. But mostly for shark.
Just to get this out there right off the bat, this isn’t MY recipe. Got it off the interwebs. Still, if you get your hands on some shark, give it a go. Enjoy 😀
Shark Steak
Ingredients:
2-3 tablespoons crushed peppercorns
(Black, white, green, and red)
2 boneless shark steaks
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Cognac or brandy
Directions:
1. Pat steaks dry and coat both sides with peppercorn mixture.
2. In a skillet heat butter and oil over moderate heat and cook steaks for 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
3. Season steaks with salt and transfer to plates.
4. Pour off excess fat from skillet and add brandy.
5. Boil mixture, scraping up browned bits, until sauce thickens and coats back of spoon, about 1 minute.
6. Spoon the sauce over the steaks.

I am in undiluted awe of this and find myself praising the Lord for the shark recipee as I just watch Sharknado and now find myself worrying of this possible real life scenerio. From now on I shall be the hunter and will feast upon their flesh as opposed to the other way around! Thank you so much!:-)
